Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated SMB Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team at Grip Security, responsible for driving new business and expanding our footprint across small and medium-sized businesses along the East Coast.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within the East Coast SMB territory.
  • Develop, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate solutions.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Use value-based selling techniques to articulate ROI.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management practices.
  • Represent Grip Security at industry events and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • Proven success in prospecting, closing, and exceeding quota.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity or SaaS landscape.
  • Comfortable selling to both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Based in or near Boston, MA, with travel ability throughout the East Coast.
