Overview

The Director, Legal Services - Contracts is responsible for providing support in various corporate legal matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate required.
• Experience in a major law firm or in-house is a plus.
• Proficiency in risk management and legal concepts.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
