Director, Network Contracting & Services - Remote

Overview

The Director of Network Contracting & Services is responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing provider contracts to ensure a comprehensive and competitive provider network within a specific market/region. This role leads the market provider contracting team and collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance network performance, manage costs, and ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Develop and implement contracting strategies in partnership with Market Leaders.
• Lead and mentor the provider contracting team.
• Collaborate with the Network Monitoring & Performance team.
• Source and identify OON provider targets.
• Lead contract negotiations with healthcare entities.
• Develop and execute contracting agreements.
• Ensure timely resolution of provider issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for contracting-related activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare provider contracting.
• 5+ years experience negotiating complex contracts.
• 4+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
