Director of Finance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Finance to play a critical role in our continued growth and success. This is a strategic and hands-on role that will report directly to the CEO and have a significant impact on the company's financial health and trajectory.

In Short

• Develop and maintain robust financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Oversee cash management, investments, and banking relationships.
• Prepare investor updates, board presentations, and other financial reports.

• Oversee tax compliance and manage relationships with external accountants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on FP&A.
• Experience in a high-growth technology startup environment is essential.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
