Our offices are in a sunny Soho loft in NYC, and downtown Washington DC.

In Short

• Oversee the bookkeeping and finance functions of the organization.
• Manage the preparation and accuracy of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Maintain accounting functions in Netsuite.
• Advise senior leadership on financial performance.
• Establish internal controls for accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Oversee cash flow management.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff.
• Participate in special financial projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• 3 years of experience managing a financial function using Netsuite.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
