In Short

• Responsible for accounting operations at CBoC, including financial statements and reporting.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain an efficient accounting system (Microsoft D365 Business Central).
• Provide financial advice to operating units.
• Shape organizational strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead the FP&A team and improve budgeting and reporting processes.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports.
• Coordinate annual audits with external parties.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise finance staff.
• Ensure high quality work and professional values.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Accounting designation (CPA) required.
• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance.
• Demonstrated team leadership and management skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 BC or similar accounting software.
• Strong FP&A skills and ability to communicate with non-finance professionals.
• Excellent technical accounting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprise (ASPE).
• Strong organizational skills.
