Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of applied research experience.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Expertise in HR, DEI, and workplace well-being.
  • Proficiency in research methods and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills using SPSS, R, and NVivo.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
