Overview

Sunbit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Finance to join our growing team. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing key financial functions, providing strategic financial guidance, and contributing to the overall financial health and growth of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance, focusing on FP&A and financial reporting.
• Experience in the fintech industry or specialty finance lending.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and GAAP.
• Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Superior in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
