Overview

The Stop Loss Claims Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Claims Examiners to ensure timely and accurate processing of stop loss claims, while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of Stop Loss Claims experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technological fluency and quick learning ability.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
