Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
  • Thorough knowledge of claims management processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet performance competencies.
