Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Six years of claims experience required.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in claims.
  • Licenses and professional certifications as applicable.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
