Overview

The Claims Team Leader is responsible for providing exceptional claims and inquiry service while managing and motivating a team of adjusters to achieve high performance and expert execution of claim processes.

In Short

  • Lead a team of 10 to 15 adjusters in claims processing.
  • Provide exceptional service through chat to agents and customers.
  • Monitor staffing levels and workloads.

  • Oversee negotiation of complex claim settlements.

  • Ensure fast, fair, and easy service to enhance customer retention.

Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in managing teams and performance metrics.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze reports and develop strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Authorization to work in the USA required.
