Overview

The Customer Service Representative at Integon is responsible for handling inquiries related to insurance policies and billing, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service.

In Short

  • Handle moderate to complex inquiries from customers.
  • Document customer requests and complete policy changes.
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve service concerns.
  • Provide support for health policy requests and billing questions.
  • Maintain good relationships with policyholders and agents.
  • Record details of each interaction accurately.
  • Promote teamwork and suggest process improvements.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous call center and insurance experience preferred.
  • Full paid training provided.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Call Center experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
