Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7+ years in workers' compensation claims management
• Experience with Third-Party Administrators and insurance claims
• Knowledge of claims management systems and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter with independence in work
