In Short

• Prepare and develop premium quotations utilizing underwriting guidelines.
• Determine underwriting eligibility for prospective policyholders.
• Analyze and review prospective accounts for insurability.
• Develop and manage agency relationships.
• Address agents’ and policyholders’ concerns/needs.
• Responsible for development of new business and retention of existing business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an insurance organization.
• Advanced judgment skills in evaluating and determining pricing.
• Ability to manage agency relationships.
• Ability to calculate expected pricing and premium quotations.
• Ability to analyze territory and identify problems.
