Project Manager & Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

Gravie is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager & Scrum Master to drive the successful delivery of our Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) product, ensuring projects stay on track and empowering our development teams using Agile methodologies.

In Short

• Develop comprehensive project plans for ICHRA product features and enhancements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage resources across multiple teams for timely project delivery.
• Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and track agile metrics.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog management.
• Champion continuous improvement in development processes.
• Manage relationships with external vendors involved in product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of ICHRA regulations preferred.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent required.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex software projects.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
