Project Manager/Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager/Scrum Master/Product Owner with a strong background in on-premise to GCP migration projects. The Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

In Short

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as necessary.
• Experience with website-related activities and eCommerce workflows.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents.
• Identify and resolve issues within the project team.
• Update agile tracking systems for transparency on backlogs.
• Recommend improvements to best practices.
• Strong communication skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• PMP Certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead project teams and see projects through to completion.
• Understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Adept at researching project-related issues.
