• This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the US (Eastern time zone).
• Join a growing Product Design organization of over 25 designers across six continents.
• Focus on enhancing the billing experience for Grafana Cloud customers.
• Translate complex data into user-friendly experiences.

• Document user needs and design directions.
• Contribute to team initiatives and mentor other designers.
• Drive measurable improvements in user experience.
• Participate in research initiatives with users and stakeholders.
• Help customers optimize their usage and spending.

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience in B2B/enterprise software.
• Portfolio showcasing effective designs for complex products.
• Experience with qualitative research and user empathy.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams and time zones.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn about technical products.
• Experience in a fully-remote, fast-paced environment.
