Senior Product Manager, Billing AI - Remote

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for optimizing Revenue Cycle through Generative AI solutions. We are looking for an innovative, entrepreneurial product manager who is passionate about applying the power of Generative AI to drive value for our business.

In Short

• Identify opportunities with internal stakeholders to scope how the use of Generative AI can deliver business value
• Evaluate AI-driven solutions and approaches, considering both buy vs. build solutions
• Provide requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows) and build solutions with the engineering team
• Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities
• Collaborate with SMEs to plan for operational changes driven by new features

Requirements

• 2+ years of billing experience within the healthcare industry
• Direct experience with developing and launching Generative AI products
• Proven track record of driving organizational transformation
• Ability to dive deep into complex problems and come up with creative solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
