Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse, looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support our VP, Global Sales and help oversee our EA function across the business.

In Short

• Maintain busy calendars and daily schedules.
• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel.
• Help triage and organize emails.
• Organize all hands meetings and leadership meetings.
• Manage expenses proactively.
• Ensure confidentiality of communications.
• Attend meetings and document discussions.
• Coordinate group meetings and meals.
• Work with sales and customer success teams.
• Plan and execute events for leadership teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a tech/startup environment.
• Proven success supporting C-level executives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience managing internal communications and planning executive offsites.
• Highly professional and organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience working remotely and coordinating with global teams.
• Excellent project and event management skills.
• Highly competent with GSuite applications.
