In Short

• This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US.
• As a Product Manager, you will develop a vision and strategy for your product domain.
• You will own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research.
• Collaboration with Grafana leadership on product goals is essential.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for interaction with remote teams.
• You will work on AI features to drive the roadmap of the Grafana Assistant ecosystem.
• Analyze customer problems and represent user feedback to the engineering team.
• Make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, and packaging.
• Comfortable with basic data analysis and interpreting results.
• Experience with large language models and AI projects is a plus.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong product sense and curiosity about AI.
• 2 years of product experience or equivalent in a related role.
• Comfortable with SQL and spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
