AI Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The AI Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and execution for AI products that automate real work, transforming AI agents from concept to production.

In Short

• 100% remote position with occasional meet-ups in Porto.
• Define vision, metrics, and roadmap for AI products.
• Write PRDs and design MVPs for AI solutions.

• 3+ years in Product Management with real-world experience.

• Comfortable with prompts, RAG, vector search, and quality evaluation.

• Exposure to agent frameworks is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management, including Product Owner experience.
• 1+ year launching features with LLMs/AI agents.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira/Asana.
• Comfortable with data analytics and product metrics.
• Strong UX instincts.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM/accounting software is a plus.
