Overview

The Head of Global Equity Administration will establish and lead Grafana Labs’ equity administration function, ensuring a transition to a public-company-ready solution while managing global equity programs.

In Short

• Establish and lead stock administration function.

• Oversee full equity lifecycle including grants, vesting, and settlements.

• Ensure compliance with ASC 718 standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.
• Leverage AI and automation for operational efficiency.
• Communicate equity concepts effectively across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in stock administration or equity compensation.
• Experience building equity administration functions in high-growth companies.
• Hands-on experience with public-company transitions.
• Knowledge of equity compensation plans and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of equity accounting and internal controls.
• Experience administering equity programs globally.
• Ability to use AI and automation in equity operations.
• High attention to detail and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
