Overview

The Head of Fund Finance & Administration will architect Infra One's internal fund administration and accounting functions, establishing a strategic and foundational piece of the company's value proposition.

• Lead the design of the fund operating system for Infra One.
• Implement fund accounting architecture for multiple funds.
• Oversee financial operations and controls.
• Manage custodial and banking relationships.
• Build scalable procedures for fund management.
• Coordinate investor onboarding and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
• Mentor and hire accounting staff as needed.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements

• 8–15 years in fund accounting or investment operations.
• Hands-on experience with multiple fund accounting.
• Deep knowledge of LP accounting and tax coordination.
• Experience with Delaware LP and LLC structures.
• Strong background in audit and financial controls.
• Exposure to fund administration platforms.
