Head of Accounting, Finance, and Administration - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Accounting, Finance, and Administration to lead our financial and administrative activities in France and actively contribute to the structuring of our organization on an international scale.

In Short

• Supervise general and analytical accounting with an external accounting firm.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial dashboards.
• Manage cash flow, monthly closings, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax, social, and legal regulations.
• Act as the main contact for banks, auditors, and financial partners.
• Manage contracts, insurance, invoices, and supplier relations.
• Oversee payroll and social management with external providers.
• Lead and coordinate a small remote team.
• Contribute to the global strategy with clear financial analyses.
• Fluent in French and English.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+3 degree in finance, accounting, or management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an agile or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of French accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and familiarity with tools like Pennylane, SAP, Oracle.
• Ability to structure activities, manage projects, and lead a remote team.
• Driver's license required.
• Available for occasional travel in France and abroad.
