The Field Operations Associate supports the coordination and execution of field activities across multiple projects and locations, ensuring that operations are properly planned, well-coordinated, and executed according to standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, customer support, and project support
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a structured environment
• High attention to detail
• Experience in telecom, IT, or field operations preferred
• Experience working with international teams preferred
• Familiarity with Excel or tracking tools preferred
