As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. The Global Equity Operations Lead will head the team responsible for the scaling, operation and administration of our global equity-based compensation programs.

• Manage all aspects of equity programs
• Ensure accurate data and reporting of equity
• Partner with People team for reports and data
• Manage equity pool allocation and utilization
• Drive improvements with cross-functional teams
• Educate employees on equity compensation
• Stay informed on regulatory changes

Requirements

• Certified Equity Professional, Level 3
• Experience with various equity plans
• Shareworks expert with advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of equity taxation and compliance
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and SOX
• Collaborative team player
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to explain complex data
