Anchorage Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced director level professional to lead our Global Tax Operations, driving our global tax strategy and ensuring compliance with tax laws.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive tax experience.
• 7+ years leading a corporate tax department.
• CPA license required; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Experience in digital asset or fintech industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with tax accounting for valuation allowances.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
