Overview

Community and open source are at the heart of everything we do at Grafana Labs. As a Developer Community Programs Specialist, you’ll take a hands-on role in supporting and growing our open source and developer communities, with a focus on the APAC region.

In Short

• Organise and support community meetups across APAC.
• Evaluate and execute regional conference sponsorships.
• Represent Grafana Labs in online and in-person settings.
• Partner with affinity-based communities.
• Respond to and manage incoming community requests.
• Provide insights by monitoring community health.
• Manage swag logistics for community contributors.
• Lead scoped projects each quarter.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting developer communities.
• Experience organising community events.
• Compassionate relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using community engagement tools.

Benefits

• Base compensation range of $101,000 - $126,000.
