Overview

The Zenvia Customer Cloud team is made up of professionals from various regions of Brazil and other countries, united by the mission of enhancing Zenvia's sales conversion module. We are looking for a passionate Cloud Specialist Developer with expertise in cloud architecture who is eager to innovate and create scalable, high-performance applications.

In Short

• Design and develop software in an agile environment, ensuring test coverage (unit, integration, UI, and stress).
• Create modern, scalable, and maintainable applications focusing on microservices and cloud-first architecture.
• Lead technical alignments and act as a mentor for other developers on the team.
• Maintain and evolve applications, ensuring stability, performance, and security, even in critical scenarios.
• Collaborate with a global team, interacting in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Requirements

• Proactive and autonomous problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Consolidated experience in technical leadership and mentoring other developers.
• Expertise in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge in React.js for developing responsive web interfaces.
• Experience in developing scalable applications and building microservices.
• Advanced knowledge in MongoDB.
• Experience with serverless on AWS (Lambda).
• Solid practice in automated testing (unit, integration, e2e).
• Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture using AWS SQS and Kafka.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of best development practices, code versioning (Git), and code review.
