Junior Operations Developer (Remote)

Overview

In this role, you will find a dynamic environment full of learning, collaboration, and a fantastic team. We are looking for a Junior Operations Developer who will work in our dedicated and/or shared squads, responsible for ensuring valuable deliveries through the potential of our platforms.

In Short

• Develop on our platforms Journeys (document generation) and/or ALTU (virtual assistants);
• Work on the most used products in the area (Zenvia NLU, Zenvia Bots, Zenvia Docs, and Zenvia Chat);
• Participate in the agile ceremonies of the team;
• Write documentation for implemented solutions;
• Follow best practices and design patterns;
• Ensure that implemented solutions follow an evolutionary proposal;
• Learn new market technologies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of programming logic;
• Knowledge of CMM and ETL;
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and JSON;
• Knowledge of Git;
• Good interpersonal communication, flexibility, and teamwork;
• Be organized and deliver results;
• Determination, proactivity, dynamism, and commitment to work results;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Ability to handle complex negotiations and conflict resolution if necessary.
