Information Security Analyst - Incident Management - Remote

Overview

Zenvia is seeking an Information Security Analyst to focus on Security Governance, particularly in incident management. The professional will join the Governance, Risk & Compliance squad, responsible for defining and implementing policies and processes that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

In Short

• Participate actively in the governance of incident management processes, generating and monitoring KPIs.
• Conduct investigations and analyses of potential security incidents, collecting evidence and identifying root causes.
• Generate executive reports of incidents for communication to stakeholders.
• Act as Incident Handler, participating in war rooms and organizing investigation and containment activities.
• Collaborate with the SOC and Cyber teams to improve incident detection tools and methods.
• Analyze the architecture of new products, projects, or systems focusing on information security.
• Contribute to the structuring, review, and continuous improvement of security processes.
• Support teams in defining and implementing technical and procedural security controls.
• Create and monitor KPIs for processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in information security.
• Experience with security incidents.
• Experience in analyzing architecture, systems, and new product projects for information security.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SANS, etc.
• Technical and systemic vision regarding the lifecycle of an incident.
• Completed or ongoing degree in information security, computer science, engineering, or related technology fields.
