GoodParty.org is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our impactful, high-performing Top-of-Funnel outbound calling team, focusing on candidate outreach and driving conversions.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in outreach, sales, or business development.
• 2+ years in tech sales with team lead experience.
• Skilled in building trust and moving conversations forward.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized and self-directed.
• Tech-savvy and experienced with AI tools.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience in training or coaching team members.
