In Short

  • Lead, scale, and coach the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
  • Own the strategy and execution of outbound pipeline generation and inbound qualification.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Account Executives, and RevOps to hit pipeline targets.
  • Build a high-performing SDR team that meets performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to elevate SDR performance.
  • Optimize lead quality and campaign performance with Demand Gen and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews to identify improvement areas.
  • 2–4+ years of experience managing or mentoring SDR/BDR teams preferred.
  • Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets.
  • Passion for wellness and/or fitness is a plus!

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience managing or mentoring SDR/BDR teams (startup or SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets and driving team success.
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills; you know how to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales motions, prospecting tools, and CRM (we use HubSpot + Ashby).
  • Data-driven mindset—you can dig into metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a scrappy, fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for wellness and/or fitness is a plus!
