Studio Operator-in-Residence - Remote

Overview

Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. Our mission is to make wellness more accessible by empowering studios and wellness entrepreneurs to grow beyond in-person classes.

In Short

• Serve as a fractional studio operator and/or marketer for Arketa studios.
• Own the relationship: scope the engagement, close the deal, and manage client communication.
• Execute studio operations work like class schedule optimization and pricing audits.
• Build and send marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and iterate.
• Identify patterns and partner with engineering to improve software tools.
• Deliver insights to the team to build new products.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience operating or marketing for a boutique fitness business with 4+ locations.
• 2+ years of experience leveraging technology to improve processes.
• A self-sufficient executor who can get things done independently.
• Understanding of studio operations, including schedules and membership.
• Experience running email campaigns and managing leads.
• Technical enough to work directly with engineers and product managers.
• Excited to sell services and represent Arketa.
