Overview

The Start Operator at Fresenius Medical Care is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of extrusion equipment and maintaining high-quality standards in the production of medical products.

In Short

• Responsible for daily checks and cleaning of workstations.
• Manage mechanical parts of the extrusion head.
• Conduct mapping activities and parameter adjustments.
• Start and stop the extruder as needed.

• Document all downtimes and malfunctions.

• Work in a factory operating on a 7-day schedule with four shifts.
