Overview

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team, responsible for developing test strategies, authoring automated tests, and improving quality metrics in a collaborative environment.

In Short

• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for technology products.
• Act as the quality owner for cross-functional product teams.
• Influence goals related to test automation and reliability.
• Author and maintain automated tests using modern frameworks.
• Perform manual testing as needed to validate features.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or SDET in agile teams.
• Experience defining and executing test strategies across multiple layers.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Strong understanding of test engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with test case management and issue tracking tools.
• Experience with version control and CI tools.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead quality initiatives and handle multiple priorities.
• Skill in developing test plans and writing bug reports.
• Experience with mobile applications is a plus.
