• Seeking a seasoned GTM Recruiting Leader to scale the US recruiting team.
• Responsible for driving end-to-end hiring strategy and execution.
• Shape talent acquisition strategy and build inclusive hiring practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CRO and US GTM leadership.
• Lead a team of ~15 recruiters and managers across the US.
• Introduce best-in-class recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience.
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the People Team on company-wide talent initiatives.
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience required.
• Passion for building exceptional teams and improving candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• 5+ years in people management with increasing scope.
• Proven success in high-volume and executive hiring.
• Track record of building and scaling recruiting teams.
• Deep operational acumen and data-driven approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
• Experience with ATS and people analytics platforms preferred.
