As Head of Go-To-Market Recruiting at Stripe, you will play a critical role in scaling our revenue-driving teams by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for our sales, marketing, and revenue-generating functions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven record of developing successful recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
• Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
