Item Authentication Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Item Authentication Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and authenticating product listings, ensuring they meet marketplace standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the authentication process.

In Short

• Authenticate listings before they are available for sale.
• Remove unsafe listings or those that don’t meet standards.
• Ensure accurate descriptions of listings.
• Train and develop authentication skills.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives and OKRs.
• Support team leads on administrative tasks.
• Attend training or mentorship sessions.
• Participate in All-Hands meetings.
• Exhibit Grailed values in all tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and interest in fashion.
• Passion for specific designers and categories.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong authentication abilities in multiple designers.
• Enthusiastic about Grailed and/or a power user of the platform.
• Impeccable judgment with sensitive data.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
