Intrigma is seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as Automated Scheduling Specialists. This role is vital for the efficient onboarding of our products by setting up and configuring automated scheduling systems tailored to the needs of our diverse clientele.

• Understand and analyze client scheduling requirements.
• Set up and manage shift types, rules, quotas, and scheduling blocks.
• Utilize Intrigma’s tools to create and organize shifts.
• Apply scheduling rules and patterns to automate the scheduling process.
• Collaborate with clients to refine scheduling parameters.
• Stay updated with the latest Intrigma system features.
• Assist in managing and responding to user requests.
• Provide feedback to enhance the scheduling system.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years experience in a SaaS Customer Success role or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience or interest in healthcare scheduling is a plus.
