In Short

• Lead a team of full-stack engineers and QA personnel in the development of a Blazor-based SPA.
• Engage in active coding and development to enhance team velocity.
• Mentor team members to foster high-quality software development practices.
• Manage project timelines and priorities in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
• Address design and development challenges to remove roadblocks.
• Set and achieve KPIs and OKRs, providing bi-weekly progress reports.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
• Coordinate with backend teams to ensure smooth development processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an engineering team lead with hands-on coding experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing development teams.
• Proven expertise in front-end development, especially with Blazor.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a portfolio of front-end projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and leading teams through migrations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
