Overview

The Test Support Team Lead at Cubic Telecom is responsible for leading a team of Test Support Engineers to ensure excellent technical support and customer service during the testing phase of software technologies.

In Short

  • Lead and coordinate a team of Test Support Engineers.
  • Resolve application and system issues during the test phase.
  • Prepare documentation for issues and solutions.
  • Provide weekly progress and performance reports.
  • Instil a culture of continuous learning within the team.
  • Onboard new hires through structured training.
  • Build relationships with engineering and customer support departments.
  • Mentor team members on personal development.
  • Ensure skills training is achieved by each team member.
  • Live and lead Cubic’s core values.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Test Support or Application Support Team Lead experience.
  • Experience managing remote global teams.
  • ITIL v4 foundation certification.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn technical information quickly.
  • Experience in training and mentoring teams.
  • A degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
