Tech Program Delivery Lead - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices to contribute to the quality and implementation of our projects.

In Short

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs.
• Develop detailed program roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to executive leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate program team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale technology programs.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of technology trends relevant to Financial Services.
• Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of modern IT architectures and cloud platforms.
• Experience in enterprise system modernization in Financial Services.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).
