In Short

  • Support key onboarding administrative processes.
  • Organise and maintain accurate professional records.

  • Provide payroll data for administration.
  • Support timesheet administration processes.
  • Execute administrative processes related to visa renewals.
  • Communicate effectively with professionals and customers.
  • Ensure service excellence by adhering to SLAs.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Carry out audits to ensure accurate payments.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of SSC experience (HR experience desirable).
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Literacy with MS Office.
  • Ability to troubleshoot routine process issues.
  • Professional interaction with stakeholders.
  • Strong self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for handling queries.
  • Feedback on existing processes for improvements.
  • Ability to work in an international team.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
