Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR operations of the organization and plays a key role in international recruitment. This position is a maternity leave replacement for one year and will involve complete coordination of staffing activities as well as HR administrative support, in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process for positions located in different countries.
  • Draft, translate, and distribute job postings in French and English.
  • Pre-screen applications and conduct virtual interviews.
  • Work closely with managers to define needs, profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Track applications in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate reference checks and other required validations.
  • Maintain a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new hires internationally.
  • Update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international context.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
