Overview

The Partner Manager is responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with key partners, developing strategic alliances, driving joint business initiatives, and ensuring mutual success for GHS and its partners.

In Short

  • Owns the achievements of the GHS quota for each key/assigned vendor/partner.
  • Continually advocates and sells GHS to the partner.
  • Ensures compliance with internal programs.
  • Manages portals and ensures accurate forecasts.
  • Builds out Partner Framework with support.
  • Continuously evaluates marketplace for new partners/vendors.
  • Looks for large scale opportunities with partners/vendors.
  • Develops and executes a partnership strategy.
  • Manages relationships with key partners.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to drive partner success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management or business development.
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships.
  • Experience in IT companies, preferably in Cybersecurity.
  • Ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
