Overview

The Strategic Account Executive will focus on the Turkish territory, providing account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process while ensuring the successful rollout and adoption of GitLab products.

In Short

  • Focus on strategic large prospects and customers in Turkey.
  • Conduct sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities.
  • Ensure successful rollout and adoption of GitLab products.
  • Generate qualified leads and develop new customers.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on marketing strategies.
  • Travel to Turkey about 50% of the time.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills required.
  • Turkish language proficiency is required.

  • Experience in enterprise sales and account management.
  • Ability to leverage established relationships for success.
  • Experience selling into large organizations.
  • Preferred experience with Git and software development tools.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and customer focus.
  • Desire to see customers benefit from their investments.
  • Ability to use GitLab.
