Overview

Wondr Health is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Executive to lead and grow strategic relationships with health plan partners, focusing on managing existing partnerships and driving acquisition growth.

In Short

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with health plan partners.
  • Drive contract renewals and negotiate terms.
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion within partnerships.
  • Track client engagements through Salesforce.
  • Provide regular status reports on health plan activity.
  • Develop expertise in health plan operations and regulatory environment.
  • Lead implementation of new initiatives within health plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or business development.
  • 10+ years in a strategic client growth role or healthcare consulting.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40%.
  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
