The Senior Strategic Enterprise Account Executive will support GitLab in Japan, focusing on strategic and larger enterprise customers. In Short

  • Contribute to root cause analysis on wins/losses.
  • Document buying criteria and processes.
  • Conduct sales activities in large/strategic accounts.
  • Ensure successful rollout of GitLab products.
  • Travel to develop relationships and close opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen business relationships with accounts.
  • Recommend marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Focus on customer ROI.
  • Advanced management skills for major government accounts.
  • Proven experience in B2B software sales.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and results-oriented.
  • Experience with Git and software development tools is a plus.
  • Ability to use GitLab.
